Since starting my real estate career in 1984, I now have decades of experience adding to my expertise in real estate. Representing both buyers and sellers for 40 years, backed by a highly professional company, Florida Executive Realty, my clients are in the best of hands for any real estate transactions.
My journey began in London, England, my hometown. I emigrated to the U.S. and lived in Chattanooga TN, then onto Manhasset and Great Neck New York. After marrying my husband Ken in 1966 we moved to Miami FL and then to Tampa in 1982. My thrust has always been connected to helping people and being of service. I attended Carnegie Mellon (then Tech), worked at Random House Publishers in New York City. In Miami I was active in the community by being a Docent for the Museum of Science, a President of the Coral Gables Woman's Club which supported a dental service for indigent children. I am active in my church and was a Brownie and Girl Scout leader. In 2001 Hazel joined ranks with Tampa General Hospital and enrolled in the CPE (Clinical Pastoral Care which entails theological care for patients in crisis. It was a life changing endeavor commencing on September 11, 2001.
My passions include cooking, gardening, music, my pets, reading and her family. Real estate is not a job it’s an opportunity to continue to be of service whether to a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor. Any walk of life, any income, any real estate need and yes that includes rentals -if it’s real estate, it’s what I do. One of the designations that I have earned is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). There is a huge need in the real estate industry to make sure that older adults have access to (that's where I come in) counseling and representation in their real estate needs. It's a different time for us seniors who are no longer raising families and being part of job relocation. Our change of homes or staying in place deserves a more hands on approach with care and understanding. It's a wonderful opportunity for me to continue to make a difference in helping others with their personal real estate needs.
